It's true that such a CPU would be extremely unusual. I believe NASA did develop a CPU, but its operating temperature was far below 350 degrees Celsius.
Visit the product site for your CPU. Some CPUs have varying safe operating temperatures. AMD AM5 models can run at 95°C, while older CPUs typically experience thermal throttling around that temperature. Intel's maximum is about 100°C, so around 95°C they may start throttling significantly.
