X570 will run Zen 3 smoothly after a BIOS update, without any restrictions. If you're referring to the VRM, I don't think this board will have trouble powering a Zen 3 chip—it's designed well for that. (The ISL99360 has been doubled by the ISL6617.)

The present "OEM" Ryzen 4000 processors are merely rebranded Zen 2 components. A full Zen 3 release is expected soon, likely by the end of this year.

It works fine overall; the VRM relies on an ISL69247 and six ISL99360 units (each handling 60A SPS). All of them are enhanced by ISL6617, resulting in a total of 12 phases.
