While assembling my motherboard, I handled it carefully, but a challenge arose when I placed it on a wooden table. I had to pull it out of the case and moved the box away from my reach. While adjusting the fan on my D15, the board shifted on the smooth bamboo surface. I’m concerned that even slight movement might scratch or harm it. What are the chances this could damage the motherboard?

Motherboards are quite capable overall. I didn’t seem to harm it, though I made a similar mistake while assembling my PC. However, I can’t give a definite guarantee since each motherboard behaves differently.
