Card worked well for a while but now it's causing issues again. I was playing Mhw when the screen went black suddenly. It seemed the game kept running in the background, and I noticed the sound of the GPU when plugging or unplugging devices. I checked EventManager around that time and saw a warning about a faulty module and a .exe file. I’m not sure if taking a screenshot would be useful since everything is in German. It mentioned a problem with "dwm.exe" which might be the desktop window manager, and another issue with "KERNELBASE.dll." I thought this could help.
