I’m still trying to manage the heat, unsure if it’s from the cooling solution or inadequate fans. Anyone have ideas to bring down my temperatures? When idle I’m around 60°C and during gaming it spikes to 90°C after a long session, and my GPU also reaches 90°C at the junction. My specs are a Ryzen 7 5800X, an ASRock OC formula 6900X, an Inwin 303 CPU, a 360mm EKG case, 2x Corsair 16GB RGB fans, two 140mm Noctua fans (one intake, one exhaust), plus a 120mm ETD intake and a 120mm exhaust on the bottom.

The GPU's junction temperature at 90°C isn't a concern for a Radeon 6000 series card. Its maximum junction temperature is 110°C, so you're far from that limit. The CPU reaching 90°C is the issue, since that matches its TJmax. Have you already checked if you can remount the AIO block on the CPU? That would be the first step to consider if you haven't tried it yet. Your unusual airflow configuration can be adjusted once we confirm the AIO is the cause.

I've already attempted this twice without any significant change, and I've also increased the aio further (just trying to get better results).

Is the pump configured at 100? Also, test all three fans at the bottom as intakes—it feels like an unusual arrangement.

Begin by switching the bottom nozzle to an intake as well. Right now you're drawing air into the bottom and then expelling it straight back out. The setup is somewhat flawed because the CPU cooler isn't receiving fresh air—it's just reusing heat from the GPU.

I’m not sure how I set the pump to 100, but I’ll flip it back since the 120 exhaust seemed too much.

They mentioned an unusual airflow pattern. The front three fans are all focused on intake, while the two at the back serve as additional intakes. Those lower intakes are beneficial for the GPU since they coordinate with the fans. The exhaust at the bottom mainly removes heat from the GPU, but it seems to struggle with the CPU due to turbulence. Only the rear exhaust contributes meaningfully, which isn’t sufficient. I suggest switching all three bottom fans to intake and the three radiator fans to exhaust. This would require using warmed air for cooling, giving you more exhaust options. You could also reverse the setup, making all three bottom fans exhaust and risking higher GPU temps. Have you considered undervolting the CPU with Curve Optimizer? It might help if the single CCD is struggling to release heat into the CPU’s heat spreader by reducing power consumption.

You can adjust the pump settings in the BIOS or via control software from your AIO or motherboard maker. It's similar to configuring a fan.
