I'm trying to reset the BIOS using a USB connection too, and I'm not sure if that's the problem either.
I don't think that is the issue. I don't think the BIOS will just randomly corrupt itself unless you have been doing some dark magic shit on your computer. I recommend this be your first course of action.

What is the model number of your motherboard? Your boot device is either a Windows SSD or HDD. Disconnect all external USB drives. If yes, press the DEL key repeatedly to enter Setup (Bios). If you reach this stage, the issue likely lies with your Windows disk and may require replacement. Reinsert the drive and restart. Check if the logo reappears—navigate to Setup and verify your drive is listed. As mentioned, you can transfer the disk to another functional machine using a USB adapter. They checked the CMOS and the SSD didn’t work. I found a big discussion about the 9800x3D and the ASROCK brand parts fighting that’s all I had.
