Well, if you don't get a physical copy, you're just renting the games. If they later say you can't play them anymore, you're in trouble. And since Disney is the worst at enforcing their intellectual property claims, their games are really inconsistent to play. Don't fall for their scam! Don't let them get away with taking advantage by offering more money.
Are you connected to your Microsoft account? You're also using a mobile device, try accessing it from your PC with your Microsoft account logged in. Typically, when a game is removed from an online shop, previous buyers can still download it if they bought it before the removal. I own games that were taken off Steam, but I can still download them since Steam respects the purchase agreement.

I discovered a method to get it functioning. It now works on Windows 11, though it stopped working recently.
