You're experiencing random disappearance and reappearance of networked items on Windows 10 Pro x64. This can be caused by various factors like network instability, driver issues, or conflicts. Checking network settings, updating drivers, and ensuring stable connections might help resolve the problem.

From the Network menu in Windows Explorer, this problem stems from outdated NetBIOS settings that Microsoft hasn't fixed. It dates back to Windows 7 and possibly even earlier versions. If your network folders are on computers or servers, it's better to mount them as a network drive for more stability.

On Windows 7 I'm observing them on my machine. You can actually see them come and go.
