It takes forever to get steam on my computer, even though I tried every standard trick people suggest.
My steam downloads are stuck around 11 to 12 mbs and used to be way higher than 30 before. I've tried all the normal fixes you can find on a google search, but nothing works. The weirdest thing is that my network usage shows about 90 mbs in task manager. I could show pictures of this if it didn't block me right now. Is this sudden drop normal?
The Stem report shows a speed of over a billion bytes every second. Your Task Manager network uses even more than that, about a billion bits per second. That's roughly an eight to one ratio between the two numbers. So if you take nine million bytes and multiply by eight, you get almost ten billion bits total.
