I’m not sure if this setup works well, but I think you should aim for at least 120 fps on every map using the lowest possible settings. Your current specs look solid—4.1GHz FX-8100, 8GB RAM, and a decent GPU—so you’re in a good position. You don’t need to upgrade to an i7 4790k; your system should handle it nicely.
What a puzzling question! The issue seems to be about video quality settings. You're asking why someone isn't happy with 60 frames per second, preferring 120 or higher. It sounds like they want smoother gameplay or better visuals, possibly at 60-80 FPS instead.
