You're experiencing issues with your Asrock B650 Hdv/m.2 setup on Windows 10 after pressing F2 or DEL. The system freezes into a black screen without loading. Since you've installed the latest drivers, the problem might be related to hardware configuration, power settings, or a deeper driver conflict. Consider checking BIOS updates, testing with a different USB port, and ensuring your graphics card is properly recognized. If needed, consult the manufacturer's support for further assistance.

Another method to reach the BIOS is by pressing Shift while clicking Restart in Power Options under the Start Menu. From the menu, you can choose Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > UEFI Firmware Settings. You can find more details at the provided link.

I use an Asrock B650 with HDV/M.2, running Windows 11. Everything is up to date. Turning on the PC and pressing F2 or Del doesn't function properly. Restarting the system and switching to UEFI also causes issues.
