The headphones and microphone aren't functioning properly. I've looked into updates, but there are multiple issues. The headset produces sound even when muted or unmuted. ICUE also detects the headset. Could you provide more details?

I only removed Icue and it worked. Why can’t Corais build a good app?

I don't have those, but the HS80 usually fixes the problem with a restart. It did happen once I had to reinstall the program for it to function properly. Like most peripheral tools, it's not great. Sadly, Coolmaster software is even worse. If you keep running that software, the keyboard keys just stop working randomly. Changing its behavior might help. My keyboard isn't a Coolmaster—it's a Keychron.
