I purchased a preassembled PC in 2020. When I first received it, it wouldn't turn on. After several attempts to press the power button, it finally started working. However, after removing the PSU cable, it would take multiple tries—dozens or even more—before it began functioning again. Around mid-2021, when I tried to power it up, the screen would appear but no image showed up. After disconnecting and reconnecting the cables, it took 4 to 5 attempts for the display to appear. Since then, the issue has persisted; I usually have to try just once or twice before it works, often needing 3 to 5 attempts. In some cases, it took as many as three attempts in two years. The company suggested the SSD might be faulty, so I replaced it, but it didn't resolve the problem. I've been dealing with this for about three years now. Recently, I found this forum and hope someone can assist regarding my PSU. Is this model rated C or E on the PSU tier list? I’m unsure which one it is. Here are the links:

I own a Ryzen 7 3700X with 3070 16 GB RAM, a Deepcool AS500 Plus 70.81 CFM CPU cooler, four RGB fans, and an AC motherboard. I’m from Canada and bought the PC on Newegg.
Check Tsst prime95 large FFTs for any issues. If errors appear, set core multiplier to 30, static Vcore to 1.2v, and disable XMP. Verify if errors remain; absence suggests a motherboard problem, though a PSU might be less likely. If no improvement, consider swapping the motherboard—750/850W gold units are available on the used market for roughly $40–60, similar to RX34X.
It involves many things to verify on your computer. It’s possible cables might be bent or damaged, causing connections to fail. There could also be a short circuit, such as a cable touching the metal case. The power supply unit might be the issue, but it’s been a while—progress should be visible if it’s still there. You won’t be able to diagnose without replacement parts. Right now, the simplest fix is switching to another HDMI or DP port. You mentioned it powers on without a screen. Does your motherboard have an LED error display that shows cycling issues, codes, or sounds?
