Find an option to open the volume menu so you can view each app’s volume level. Save that particular menu setup in OBS to test what triggers the voice output. It seems odd—could be a malfunctioning Microsoft application?

It might be Discord. You left the TTS option enabled, which could cause it to generate random messages.
