I'm using the newest Windows 10 Home edition and everything appears normal except for the disappearing desktop icons that are replaced by two white bars. I can move one bar, and when it's double-clicked, all my icons return. As shown in the video, when a bar is double-clicked, the other disappears, and the static bar blends into the background. This seems to occur after logging back into my account after the computer sleeps or locks. No other issues are present, and everything functions correctly. It's not a major problem, but anyone have any insights? Thanks! White_Bars_instead_of_Icons.mp4

It's been similar before; usually they're present. Also, when the bars show up, I can't engage with the desktop until I double-click them.
