began testing nicehash on my computer to generate some extra income quietly. as i used the internet, my download speeds dropped from 50mps to as low as 5mps, sometimes even 100mps. i’m looking for ways to fix this setup with a ryan z 1600 cpu, gpus of two 1070s (one zotac and one evga), 8gb ram, lpx vengeance motherboard, 512gb nvme ssd, adx 850w power supply, and a router extension that connects to a wireless router due to poor signal in my room.
It could offer an option to direct your bandwidth within nicehash, though otherwise it may simply consume a lot of internet usage.
I reviewed the details, but there’s no way to assign any. I checked Task Manager and it was showing 0.1mps, which matches what other mining programs report as high speeds. It seems normal for the software to run at that level. If you’re unsure about its nature, consider running a test to see how it behaves.
