all systems are restricted since cables are packed tightly and I can't close the rear panel normally because my PSU isn't modular.

in my setup all three fans have minimal airflow and spin at around 1100 rpm. even with my hand near them, I don’t sense any movement. Noctua models are quite pricey.

there are more affordable options available... (missed the name sorry) but noctuas cost 14 each, which is still acceptable given the price of some cheaper rgb units (60).

I believe I recalled it—those are called Arctic P12 boards priced at $4.50 each. However, it seems unlikely this will resolve the issue; the real challenge lies with the motherboard, which isn’t suitable for a 3900X.
