I just shared an unstable OC on my 5950x (see the link), then removed the AutoOC AI Suite and set PBO with +200 in Max CPU Boost Override. Now I'm seeing all cores run at identical speeds, which is unusual. Previously, each core had its own speed, but now they're synchronized. Even single-core tests like Cinebench R23 aren't boosting any core individually—just no overall gain despite the settings. Also, full-load all-core isn't pushing speeds beyond 3.6 GHz as expected; it's stuck at around 4.4 GHz. The temperatures are normal at 65°C, so it's not thermal throttling. Let me know if you need more details.
