But the temperatures are rising, aren't they? It's an AMD FX 6300 running at 4.7Ghz, with a vcore voltage of about 1.52... (I'll verify later if anyone wants) .

There was also Prime 95 active in the background. A cooler for the CPU is the CM Hyper Evo 212.
I don't use my PC very often, usually only a few hours a day.

Everything under 75 is fine. If you need lower temperatures, consider a new thermal paste or, if your build permits, a larger cooler.

Actually, it wasn't stable before. I increased the overclock to 4.66ghz using the same voltages, and it became stable. I also ran prime 95 ad furmark for a while, but it reached 75 degrees.

Mister Darius explained that initially, the system wasn't stable. He achieved a 4.66ghz overclock using identical voltages, but stability was later restored. He mentioned running Prime 95 at high temperatures for some time and reaching 75 degrees. He advised avoiding prolonged CPU temps above 75°C, suggesting a dust-free case, improved airflow with additional fans, updating thermal paste, and ensuring the cooler is installed properly.

4.7 ghz represents a significant boost for a hyper 212, possibly requiring a water cooler or a more costly air cooler if you're targeting the higher voltage settings.

4.7 ghz represents a significant boost for a hyper 212, possibly needing a better water cooler or an upgraded air cooler if you're targeting the 1.5 voltage range.
I reduced it to 4.6ghz, and it stays under 60°C on Prime 95 with FurMark.
