So here is the update: It functioned when I connected it again. I had a random air cooler that I assembled recently, but just 45 minutes ago my Kraken 240 arrived. Now for some reason the pump isn’t spinning. I connected it to the same cpu fan header that worked before, but now it doesn’t spin. Even when I plugged it into the dedicated pump header on my motherboard, nothing happened. In BIOS it shows a curve for the CPU fan, but when I try to access the pump header curve it’s hidden. I’m letting it cool down, but I’ll try plugging it into the cpu fan header and checking the BIOS again unless told otherwise. Thanks.
For some reason the pump doesn't spin. I connected it to the same cpu fan header that worked before, but now it doesn't. Even when using the dedicated pump header on my motherboard, nothing happens. In BIOS it shows a curve for the CPU fan, but when trying to access the pump header it's hidden. Right now I have AIO fans on the CPU header and the pump on my motherboard's dedicated header. The whole setup is getting power through SATA because the screen lights up. The AIO fans are fine—they're just turning on when the CPU gets too hot. In BIOS and NZXT CAM the pump reads 0 RPM, but I can't change it since the pump curve is grayed out. The pump connector is a 3-pin, and the header on the motherboard is a 4-pin—could that be the problem? Thanks in advance!
