I often experience pauses when using windowed mode during recording; I could have used full-screen but the app doesn’t interpret the stats. In fullscreen it only feels like 30 frames per second.

Open Task Manager in the background during gameplay, capture the CPU usage chart, adjust it to show logical processors, and do not save any recordings.

Click with the right mouse to switch to the logical processor view. The smaller graph on the left is available for viewing there. You also want to see the RAM usage details.

Consider increasing the RAM capacity. You might try 12GB or opt for 16GB. It seems you already have more than 2+4GB, so you could remove the 2GB and swap it for an 8GB stick, giving a total of 12GB, or replace both sticks with 8GB units for 16GB.
