It's good that it isn't coming from this forum. All I can say is most problems don't require a live antivirus, especially since the Microsoft Defender database is quite extensive and they often include Windows updates. Malwarebytes is my only extra tool for dealing with malware and adware in most cases, but that's about it. I never enable their real-time protection. There could be several reasons why. Have you performed any overclocking? Have you actually tried a complete system reinstall?
I attempted to fully restart my PC multiple times, but faced problems even before Windows was installed. There was a blue screen during installation, and once I started playing games, the issue disappeared only when using my web browser. After switching to an average browser, it no longer appeared. It might have fixed itself, but I tried Chrome again.
