you received a fresh card and each time you attempt to launch the control center it displays an error about loading the file or assembly. the error message indicates a mismatch between the manifest definition and the actual assembly, with a specific exception code. previous attempts to reinstall drives didn't resolve the issue. your previous card was an Ati Sapphire X1950, while the new one is an Amd Sapphire 7850.

No, I didn't remove all graphics drivers prior to switching to the new GPU.

I removed all existing GPU drivers and reinstalled the latest ones, but the issue persisted.

Are you using the newest driver updates? Have you explored different driver options as well?

I've only used the newest features, but the diver's seam seems to function properly since I can reach up to 120 fps on Sc2. However, I'm having trouble accessing the control center to adjust settings.

The control centre belongs to the separate software suite, not the graphics drivers themselves.

I checked the issue, and after removing the drivers, the control center didn’t delete them. I reinstalled them and it now functions properly. Thanks!
