We're struggling to get the PC to function properly. It only powers on and displays the RAM lights. We've swapped out the motherboard and power supply, reset the CMOS, and double-checked all connections. We've also tried using a single RAM stick and have built four PCs before, but this is new. Any advice would be invaluable.
Reduce connections to just power cables. Keep only essential components inside, remove the GPU. Work outside the case on a simple cardboard box for minimal interference.
