Testing R3 3200G with Gigabyte B450M DS3H board, using two 8GB 3200mhz CL16 Trident Z and RX6700XT (Gigabyte Eagle) running Windows 10 Pro. Plugging the CPU fan into its header works, but booting fails when connecting other drives or adding more than two drives. RAM must be in dual channel mode or I can't add more than two drives. The system fan header is off when using a splitter. I suspect a hardware problem, but need confirmation. Any troubleshooting steps would help. Thanks ahead!

important to mention I'm using version F63C, which isn't the latest but definitely not the oldest.
