On my Razer Blade 15 Advanced laptop I often face problems while gaming (mainly League). Freezes typically last about a minute, sometimes longer or shorter. Discord, Chrome, and the game itself remain accessible, with Chrome playing music in the background. The music keeps running without interruption, while game audio usually stops during the freeze and then restarts quickly to keep up once it ends. When a freeze starts, I can move my mouse but can't interact or click anything, and the mouse stops responding after a short delay—especially when trying alt-tab. I've tried running resource monitors while gaming, but only CPU spikes appear in history after the freeze, with RAM staying steady below 60%. My first thought was Chrome tabs using up RAM, but that didn’t match. I’m using a VisionTek docking station for all connections except the monitor. Restarting my PC usually resolves the issue temporarily, though it often returns within a day, sometimes before longer freezes appear. I’ve updated Windows and graphics drivers several times without success. A screenshot of HWInfo is attached below showing my full specs.

It appears an Intel chip is present, so my initial thought is the BIOS matters less. This could be a bigger concern for AMD systems.
