The 6000 refers to a Ryzen processor, not an Intel one. They seem more affected by memory speed than Intel chips.

Intel gains from faster memory rates (there are tests available), but 6000 works well too—it's affordable, widely accessible, and probably fits most boards and chips. A 6400 might be ideal, but it could cost more without clear benefits.

DDR5-6000 should work well enough. You might manage with lower speeds if your GPU, games, and settings differ. There’s no universal perfect match since prices shift constantly. For this CPU lineup, especially with Ryzen, DDR5-6000 offers near-optimal performance. Intel can push further, but unless you need every frame for CPU-heavy titles, it should suffice without extra cost.
