It's been appearing regularly lately, but I'm not sure what it means. I own a 256GB M.2 NVMe SSD and a 2TB HDD. The file history drive is on the HDD, and I've confirmed both connections, data transfer, and power are all secure. Appreciate any assistance!

No, there are no scheduled backups currently in place and no backup software installed.
