Initially I assumed the issue stemmed from excessive power consumption, but it occurred only when watching a stream with just one Chrome tab open. I checked the Event Viewer and System events around the crash time—they didn’t match known triggers like Event 10010 or 37. The final event was Event 16, right before the brief delay before the restart. It could be related to my power supply, though I’ve played more demanding games recently without problems. Thanks!

Turn off the PC and then power it back on. This should resolve the issue where it restarts unexpectedly.

The issue is the computer shutting down by itself. I've turned it off and on again before, but the problem persists.

I'm ready to assist. Have you explored a different power source yet?

It depends on your setup—keeping personal files allows you to reinstall without losing them, but a clean install is safer for a fresh start.
