Hi, I recently swapped my motherboard from Asrock H410M-HVS to MSI Z590 Tomahawk Wifi. Everything else remains the same, but now it restarts automatically when idle. During gaming or stress tests, everything runs smoothly—CPU stays below 50°C and GPU under 60°C. My setup includes an Intel Core i5-10400F, GTX 1650 SUPER, 4GB RAM, Patriot Viper 2666MHz motherboard, and a Zalman 750W PSU (though I’m not sure of the exact model). The most puzzling part is that it doesn’t crash with a blue screen; instead, it slows down briefly and then recovers after a restart. Unfortunately, I can’t increase the CPU voltage since it’s not overclockable. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Verify your RAM's SKU with the board's QVL for the processor you're using. I made that mistake before. My setup was blanking out after several cold starts. It turned out the RAM wasn't compatible with three different boards I'd previously used. Recently, after replacing it with a kit from the board's QVL list, the problem seems resolved. It looks like the issue is emerging in a few cases now.

The locked CPU refers to the multiplier setting. It doesn't indicate that the voltage is fixed. Check the BIOS for available voltage settings. You'll find many parameters to tweak when using a Z590 board.
