I've had this issue since i bought this computer (brand new) around 6 months ago and never could fix it. It happens mostly in games but also outside of them (though less often) When it crashes the pc stays on and the fans keep spinning but there is no display and all the connected devices like keyboard/mouse turn off, you have to cut all the power away/turn off the psu for around 10 seconds to turn it on again. There is no blue screen. Things i've tried -all the fixes from youtube -tests like furmark/memtest -updating/deleting useless drivers -tweaking bios settings -turning off fast boot -tweaking windows power settings -numerous scans -sending back the power supply to the manufacturer just to hear "we ran a diagnosis and nothing was wrong with it" after 45 days -updating bios and downloading everything motherboard related -uninstalling all programs like nvidia experience, razer synapse itd... I've really tried everything i found and nothing fully stopped though some things made it crash slightly less often. Are you using the newest GPU BIOS? Have you installed chipset drivers from AMD or Gigabyte? Is your RAM listed on the motherboard’s QLV catalog? If not, the XMP profile could be inconsistent—consider using profile 2 (3200). Disabling MultiPlane Overlay mpo? How do the temperatures change? Is there a newer BIOS version available for this board?
If you're referring to drivers, the answer is yes but not for bios. Are flashing and updating the same thing? Also, is there any way to see software that records temperatures before a crash occurs?
I'm referring to the vBios firmware for GPUs, not the drivers. Updating is different from flashing; flashing installs the firmware directly onto the hardware, whereas updates work within an operating system. Programming the eeprom is another process. You can obtain chipset drivers from AMD's website. Manufacturers typically don't release the newest versions. The latest driver addresses stability problems, according to AMD, resolving certain BSOD and black screen issues. You can track temperatures with tools like HWMonitor, HWInfo64, or OpenHardwareMonitor, which also log data. Alternatively, software such as MSI Afterburner or RivaTuner can be used as an overlay.
I don’t see any vBios files matching your GPU model. Do you have any guides or resources? It seems the flashing is happening. 2. I just logged in with HWinfo64 right now.
I only see a file for the OC version of your card—should I download it? Also, there was another crash in Fl Studio, and here are the temperature readings.
