I upgraded my PC with a X570 Unify and a 5900X processor. After checking the BIOS settings, I found a game boost option. When I hover over the game boost button, it says "disables overclock." This seems to be its main function—preventing overclocking. It might help improve performance in games by keeping stability high. As for safety, using game boost is generally safe if your hardware supports it, but always check your system specs first. I don’t have personal experience, so you should test it on your setup before enabling.
