I've had a great connection with this card, but it's turned very controlling recently. I was focused on my 3D printer when it suddenly stopped working. I connected it to my main computer, but Windows blocked access to the drive. I tried backing up some files and did a Linux installation, but it's not showing up anymore. The label I gave it is gone and now it's just called "USB Drive." My printer says it's plugged in but won't let me get to it.
Welcome to the forums! Sometimes stuff like that just dies and there's really nothing you can do. But, run Command Prompt as an admin Type: diskpart list disk If you dont see one the size of the SD card that is a serious issue, if you do its partition likely just got corrupted If you see drives labelled "No Media" like I have here that means a drive controller is recognized but it has no media, which is what happens when for example an SD card dies (or is removed/not recognized).
You entered DiskPart in CMD and it launched a new window displaying the information.
Rotfl!! Got it, understood. Now it won't give a point for typing 'list disk'. (I'm much more comfortable with hardware than software)
Your card isn't showing up, so it seems it might have stopped working.
