Hello, I hope this is the right subject to discuss. If not, please let me know the attached screen and motherboard details you provided. I'm experiencing some instability with the setup, only occasionally it works. Asus asked for a return due to lack of warranty, but I tried using a USB-C cable—it connects instantly. However, connecting it to my desktop causes errors, and I've re-installed drivers multiple times without fixing the issue. I still see the driver entries in Computer Management, but they don't seem to be recognized properly.
The error message appears when I try to use the connection, and I can't seem to resolve it. I'm seeking advice on how to add the Administrators group for the Microsoft Windows Shell Experience Host service. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
