Hello. I'm completely new to CPU overclocking. I'm setting up an AMD system with the following components at this stage:
Mobo: Aorus B450 pro wifi (BIOS: F42C)
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
Cooling: Be Quiet! Dark Rock TF
RAM: Hyperx Fury RGB 3200 MHz Cl16 2 x 8 Gb
GPU: EVGA GTX 1080 SC
Booting from: ADATA SP550 120 GB SSD
Additional storage: 2x Toshiba 7200rpm 1 Tb HDDs + 1 x HP EX950 512 Gb M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD
PSU: EVGA 550W 80+ (white)
OS: Windows 10 home (fully updated)

I'm not aiming for the highest possible overclock settings, since I suspect my current PSU might be a bit limited (I'm using parts from my old system while managing to install all new components, including the PSU, GPU, various drives, case, and fans). However, I want to get started with the process.
I opened the BIOS to follow instructions from a guide on PCGAMER, but I found it difficult to adjust many settings except for enabling/disabling XMP and switching between voltage levels.
See it for yourselves here:
Bios settings problem

Additionally, I attempted minor adjustments using Ryzen Master, which allowed me to modify settings and see improvements in benchmark scores on cinebench.
What am I missing?

Verify in the bios system section if the access level is configured as administrator. Noted from your video it should be, though it appears this setting can restrict access to many BIOS options, possibly causing a problem.
