The issue involves lag while watching videos on YouTube. The problem began with Chrome, then improved with Firefox for a short time, but later worsened again. The lag appears specifically at 60 or 50 frames per second in both 720p and 1080p resolutions. This suggests a display or rendering problem related to video quality settings.

Tested in Internet Explorer. Had issues with 1080p60 videos causing high CPU usage compared to others. Also checked right-click stats for NDRs to check for dropped frames.
