I really don't know much about this kind of stuff so I'm just gonna state information that may help you understand what I need to do. I just installed this Cox panoramic modem and router in one thing and it has been blinking orange the whole time. I have not been able to get internet access. I've checked all the cables and it is plugged into the wall directly (no power strip). I have presented it multiple times but there has been no change. I checked the ethernet port on the back of my PC which it is connected to and it is solid orange. I screenshotted the ethernet status so hopefully, that helps. Anyways thanks for any advice you can give and I hope I posted this in the right place.

Cox might not have set up the modem correctly, which explains why you're not getting internet.

I had reached out before them, asking for help, but they only suggested bringing in a technician. They tried to send a signal to the device multiple times, though it didn’t respond. Another piece of information is that the device appears on your phone’s network list as an available option, yet connecting shows full bars without actually working.

The problem isn't with the device itself. It might relate to the internet connection. A faulty gateway, bad wiring at your home, or issues from the pole to your house could be the cause. It's hard to pinpoint exactly.

You're wondering why your neighbor didn't have any issues. They mentioned to Cox after you shared your new address, and he approved it.
