Issues with XMP across various RAM modules

Hello everyone I just purchased a new motherboard (MSI x470 Gaming Pro Max) and some RAM sticks (F4-3200C16D-16GVKB). I observed that when I turned on XMP, nothing updated and my RAMs remained at 2133 MHz in the Task Manager. After checking the motherboard site, I saw that the RAMs I bought weren’t listed as supported. So I bought another kit (F4-3200C16D-16GVGB) which should work with my board, but again it shows only 7.95 GB usable out of 16 GB. I attempted to adjust timings and voltage manually, but nothing changed. My CPU is a Ryzen 7 1700X. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Best regards

Typically indicates you must reinsert the memory. Is the frequency configured manually or automatically?

It's quite straightforward yet often overlooked—have you connected the CMOS pins and attempted another overclock? I've jumped the CMOS and re-seated the RAM, but I'm not very confident about it. Should I give it another shot?

I followed the instructions from the Ryzen DRAM Calculator, but the system failed to start in Windows. After resetting the BIOS, the issue persisted.
