Hi! The issue you're facing seems to be related to the login problem, which might affect your ability to run previously saved programs. Before the login bug was discovered, you were able to access those programs. Now, since the computer won't start properly, it’s likely the login issue is blocking access. You’ll probably need to restart the PC after logging in again, or reformat it if the problem persists. Let me know if you need more guidance!

You refer to a problem during the login process. It could be a technical issue preventing access. When attempting to sign in, it may display an error or warning about a "Login Bug." This might affect your ability to enter credentials correctly. You should verify your password and ensure you're using the right account details.

What login bug? If it's a fresh install, then there shouldn't any problems with logins. I have no idea on what you're doing.

The login issue causes Windows to block access to the PC until the correct credentials are entered. The correct login works smoothly but keeps loading indefinitely when a different password is used. When access is denied, the message mentions "Policy Client." Remembering the third word isn't helping.

Safe mode is a built-in setting that restricts Windows functionality to essential components. You can try booting in safe mode to troubleshoot access issues without full system features.

For unclear details about safe mode, it's best to have a technician check your PC. If you're curious about entering safe mode yourself, click the button below to see instructions.

You might need to adjust the boot sequence by pressing F2 immediately after powering on your PC, then modify the order so the CD drive is prioritized before the HDD/SSD. After formatting, reinstalling drivers could be necessary.

I purchased my computer from a specific brand or built it myself. The account was set up for me directly. I’m using the version of Windows that comes with the installation media.

I purchased it from a service that assembled a custom PC using parts chosen by the customer. Windows and drivers came preinstalled, but a bug appeared after about five hours of use. I’m considering reinstalling Windows via DVD, wondering if the issue was linked to the software failing to start properly after installation. I restarted my PC thinking it would help with launching the program, but the problem persisted—access was denied during the restart (Windows 8.1).
