Has anyone experienced slowdowns or stutters in Windows 10 when the system isn't under heavy use? I recently reinstalled it and it runs smoothly about half the time, with noticeable lag during gaming (FS19). All my drivers and OS are current.

PC Specs: MSI Z370 Sli Plus i5 8600k @ stock speed Corsair DDR4 3200 RGB Pro 2 x 8gb GTX 970 Galax Exoc BE Samsung 960 EVO 250gb (C drive)

What's the size of your pagefile? Did you review system usage during lag incidents?
