Hello, I've faced this same challenge for a while, refer to the screencap. Recently, I upgraded the BIOS of my AsRock B650M PG Riptide to version 2.10 and the issue disappeared. Before that, I noticed a "AMD PSP 11.0 Device" yellow warning in Device Manager. I also tried setting PCIe 8x8 and x16 Gen 4 without success. Previously, using DDU and different AMD drivers didn't help. It was notable that the problem would appear sometimes but not always—Firefox worked, Edge had issues, and video playback varied. This has been one of the most unpredictable problems I've encountered. Recorded on 2024-02-03 222547.mp4

Issue occurs again today unfortunately. Occasionally YouTube functions properly while Twitch and other platforms do not. Local video playback also fails unless hardware acceleration is enabled, then it works, though this seems atypical.
