Hello there, team. I’m facing a serious issue with Ubisoft. I created an account using my Facebook login, but someone accessed it and linked their Steam account to it. Now I can’t unlink my Facebook because they’re demanding proof of ownership through Steam. I never connected any of my Steam accounts to Ubisoft until yesterday when I set up a new account. The problem is I don’t have an email address like the one they expect, and I can’t unlink my Facebook account since it’s needed for account management. I need help proving this was my account and getting it resolved. The support team seems uninterested, and they’re ignoring my requests. I tried unlinking from Facebook, but the same issue persists when logging in via Facebook on the Ubisoft site—it connects to the hacked account. * thread locked * This is a community forum, contacting Linus Media Group through here is relatively pointless. If you have issues with Ubisoft, tweeting at them will most likely solve the issue, we're not Ubisoft and apart from telling you to contact Ubisoft, there's not much else here that can be done to recover your account.
