Issues with the Z690-P D4 RAM.
Today I visited a nearby PC store to purchase a new motherboard and CPU. The motherboard is an ASUS PRIME Z690-P with a D4 CPU, Intel i5, and 12th generation. It won’t work with four 8GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance LX 3000 MHz RAM sticks. I managed to get the system up and running using just two 8GB sticks of identical RAM. The RAM was from a working PC about two hours earlier, so I’m sure it’s not the issue. Are there any known problems with this combination? Any advice would be appreciated. My only alternative is buying two 16GB sticks. Thanks in advance!
