The core issue lies in the Witcher 3 next-gen build, especially in the Beauclair region and other cities. Performance drops significantly—power consumption halves from 210W to 100W, frequency drops to about 1500MHz, and frame rates barely reach 30 FPS regardless of settings. Even after reinstalling Windows and clearing drives (previous NVIDIA GPU didn’t help), the problem persists. Other titles run normally, but I experience at least two crashes weekly. The AMD hardware seems unstable; my 1070 was stable before. After cleaning and rebuilding the GPU, it passes a six-hour benchmark test without issues. Overall, the drivers appear to be faulty.
