Over the last week I've been adjusting my PC after repeated display issues and GPU failures. I upgraded the power supply to Corsair CX650M and replaced the old RAM with Corsair Vengeance LX 16GB at 3600MHz, but the PC still wouldn't boot. After testing, I encountered the same problems and a BSOD. Now it restarts to the motherboard screen before entering Windows repair mode. I've reinstalled Windows, verified all cables, reinserted the GPU and RAM, yet the issue persists. I'm seeking assistance with this situation.

What BSOD code corresponds to the "guilty" section?

I couldn't view the code because it crashed right away. Please let me know if you see any BSOD codes related to display problems like no display or flickering.

Execute the program referenced by l. It will display all previous error codes. Afterward, you can search online for these codes and explore potential fixes.

Update: The PC needed a new HDMI cord and works fine. However, when running Resident Evil 2, I noticed some freezes when entering the police station and looking at the cams. I'm not sure if this is because of the system being connected to a tv which doesn't have adaptive sync or if it's another problem.
