Hello everyone, I recently assembled a new PC with these components: CPU: Ryzen 7 7700X, Cooler: DeepCool LT720 MB, MSI B650 tomahawk wifi, RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x16GB 6000Mhz CL30, GPU: Asus Dual RTX 4070, Super SSD: Crucial P3 Plus 1TB, PSU: MSI A750GL. After finishing the build, I encountered issues installing Windows. There were numerous BSOD errors related to MEMORY_MANAGEMENT and KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. Initially, turning on the PC with both RAM sticks seemed fine, but I consistently got a blue screen upon booting. After updating the BIOS, the problem disappeared, allowing both sticks to be used. However, another issue emerged: video output was missing from the start. I connected the monitor to the motherboard and used the built-in graphics, then booted Windows and switched cables to the GPU. The display appeared better but remained inconsistent. Recently, pressing the power button left nothing visible on the monitors, even after turning it off and back on. It feels like a puzzle I’m stuck on. I attempted to reinstall and reinstall the GPU drivers, tried different PCIe slots, but nothing worked. Please help me figure out what’s going on. Thanks.
All other stock except for RAM was activated, Expo and context memory restore were enabled, yet the changes didn’t appear even when those settings were off. I ran memtest86+ and it passed, confirming the RAM is functioning properly. Now the issue appears to be with the video output. Is this still a RAM concern? I’m ready if you need me to check further.

I'm checking if the issue lies with the 4070s or compatibility between MBR and CPU. I installed my old GTX 1080 in the new system and the 4070s in the old one with an 8700k. Both are working fine now, but it feels unpredictable. I considered a fresh Windows install because I had a blue screen during setup, worried it might have caused problems. However, I don't think Windows is the problem since I can't even see the MSI splash to enter BIOS. If anyone has advice or suggestions, I'm really unsure and just want to try for a few days until I find a solution. Thanks.
I managed it, finally. A Reddit user with the same issue as me mentioned updating their BIOS to the latest version, which caused the problem. He suggested reverting to an older BIOS version, which resolved it. When I visited the MSI site to download a previous BIOS release, I noticed they had just released a new update the day before, and installing that fixed the issue.
