Thank you for the update! I'm not sure about the details yet, but I'm open to exploring possible causes. A corrupted Windows download could definitely be a factor.

It could be that the disk or BIOS isn't recognizing it correctly.

Swapped the CPU to a different Ryzen 9800X3D yet the problems continue. Moving on to RAM now.
