CPU: Ryzen 5600X
GPU: 6700 XT
RAM: 16GB
I experience stutters in games when using the mouse, but everything works fine with the gamepad. In games that offer smooth mouse control in settings, I don’t have this issue, though most games lack that option.
I attempted to turn off mouse acceleration in Windows, but it didn’t resolve the problem.
I also tested various mice—wired and wireless, USB ports, driver updates. Thanks.

Check your polling rate to confirm it's around 120hz, which is typical. Slight variations are normal; at 1000hz it might require lowering the rate. Some mice and games perform poorly under high polling rates, making gamepad a better option for certain titles. Also inquire about which games are affected—specifically, if any in The Division 2 have this issue, as it's well documented. Some players report problems even at 125hz. Good luck!
