Hi, I built my own PC and have faced issues like frequent freezes and needing to restart Chrome or other apps. I installed Windows 7 using Ninite. Could you help me resolve this?

Could this be a count of problems? Have you attempted to reinstall Windows? It’s possible something failed during the setup or updates. Also, are all the newest drivers and updates applied? Other potential causes include overheating, loose connections, or issues with the SSD/HDD, as well as faulty RAM.
