Hey everyone. My PC keeps flickering when idle, and I've already done a clean install of the NVIDIA drivers via ddu, but the issue continues. I'm using an RTX 3070 Ti. When I run Valley benchmark, I see 75 cpu, 81 cpu, and 88.4 cpu on the hotspot. Is this indicating a memory problem? Also, the seller bought it second-hand—only a month ago, they upgraded it. They provided proof of purchase, which was my main reason for buying it on eBay. The GPU is just over a year old. Can I still claim warranty coverage?

Have you experimented with another port or cable? It seems like a questionable connection to the display.

Thanks for the update, Dr. Dray. It wasn’t until you replaced the cable that the issue resolved. I hadn’t considered the possibility of a faulty connection.

You're considering using an MSI B660 mortar with an i5-12400F and a K-series processor. It's worth noting that overclocking is possible through the BIOS, and the motherboard supports two 8-pin EPS connections. This setup might seem unusual if you're expecting limitations like online claims suggest.

The B660 chipset isn't officially compatible with overclocking. To achieve higher performance, you'd have to use a Z-series motherboard paired with a K-series CPU.
